Job Description
Duties:
- Developing/revising policies, procedures, standards and guidelines;
- Work through updating policies and possibly legislation in the areas of finance, human resources, payroll and procurement to allow for successful implementation of new process and solution for ERP
- Working with the functional teams to identify where policies may need to be changed;
- Working with various organizations and their policy shops to have updates to this in the government departments, school districts and the community colleges,
- Liaise with external stakeholders;
- Providing support to ERP Project Management Office and governance committees;
- Executing required reporting to various ERP Project and governance groups;
- Providing research, analysis and relevant information as required;
- Establishing, promoting and maintaining working and respectful relationships between committees, boards, service providers and other stakeholders;
- Monitoring compliance with program guidelines, procedures, policies, standards and regulations;
- Providing expert advice and guidance as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related degree
or 2 year college diploma in a related field and 2 years related work experience in policy related fields
or High School or GED and 4 years related work experience in policy related fields
OR
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related degree with a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in policy related fields
or 2 year college diploma in a related field and 6 years related work experience in policy related fields
or High School or GED and 8 years related work experience in policy related fields.
