Job Description
Our client is a fast-paced, high-growth organization that has been providing leading software to the safety industry for over a decade. We are seeking an experienced, full-time, business-to-business sales professional with a proven track record of generating strong sales growth to join our ever-expanding team.
This position offers a $55,000 base salary with uncapped commission. Driven sales professionals with strong abilities have the potential to earn more than a quarter of a million in annual compensation in 5 years.
The ideal candidate for this position will:
- Possess excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Have a proven track record of generating and closing sales
- Possess extremely strong presentation skills, including experience presenting to mid and senior level executive
- Be able to travel to attend tradeshows, make sales presentations, and provide client care
- Be extremely tech savvy, pick up new software quickly, and be very comfortable with constantly evolving technology
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Effectively prospecting and qualifying potential clients to support long-term business growth
- Generating, managing, and converting high-potential sales leads procured through a variety of mediums including, but not limited to, tradeshows, social media, website leads, mail campaigns, networking, SEO campaigns, and sales calls
- Building long-term mutually beneficial relationships with all clients
- Effectively onboarding new clients and providing exceptional ongoing care to existing ones
- Working with the management and business development teams to develop and execute successful sales and marketing initiatives that are aligned with our corporate values
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ proven business development experience
- Strong computer skills, including above-average knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
